Clients should not have any immediate changes or disruption to account(s) or service. Clients will continue accessing your account, as you do now, through either the Further or HealthEquity websites. HealthEquity is committed to communicating any updates well in advance of any changes going into effect.

Yes. You will continue to work with your current contact at either HealthEquity or Further.
Yes. For now, all customer service phone numbers at both HealthEquity and Further will remain the same. Any changes to contact information will be communicated well in advance of them going into effect.
Yes. Your employees will continue to contact either Further or HealthEquity member services at the current numbers and contact channels.

HealthEquity has service centers in Draper, UT, Irving, TX, while Further has service teams in Orlando, FL and Eagan, MN.
We are actively engaged in delivering the exemplary service and speed to resolution you expect. Our goal is to implement a coordinated service model for your accounts with one person acting as lead. That person will coordinate services and strategy with our other internal support teams like marketing, product development, contracts, etc.
HealthEquity: No. Our top priority throughout the integration is to continue to deliver the remarkable service you expect from us and provide you with more solutions from the combined organization.
Further: No. Our goal remains the same: Increase your participant enrollment in benefits programs for OE 2021. You can continue to work with your support contacts to access any current OE materials.
You can continue accessing your account as usual through separate websites as you do now. You will be notified of any changes before they occur.
Yes. You will be able to access your account as usual.
No. You will continue with the same fee structure you have currently. If there are any fee changes associated the planned integration, we will notify you in advance.
No. There will not be any changes to the benefits or services you currently receive as a result of the acquisition. You will be notified of any changes before they occur.
Yes. HealthEquity will add new products and capabilities. Our product portfolios will remain the same with HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, COBRA, well-being, and commuter accounts and more until we are fully integrated. Once Further is fully integrated HealthEquity will also be able to provide VEBA benefits as well as partner private-label branding and portal capabilities, DCAP, AAP and many other programs. We look forward to keeping you informed of any updates along the way.
Migration timelines will be determined once we have completed a thorough evaluation of all our platforms and what is required for migration onto or off of those various platforms.
No. Members will continue using their current HealthEquity or Further debit card. We will notify you well in advance if any debit card changes occur.
