Strength in diversity
At HealthEquity, we believe in building a workplace where everyone has equal chances to thrive and feels they belong. That means making sure every team member, regardless of their background or identity, has access to the same opportunities—whether it’s in training, pay, getting promoted, or anything else that’s part of working with us. We welcome folks from all walks of life, celebrating the diversity of our team across every dimension--gender, race, color, religion, nationality, age, disability, sexual orientation, and military service.
To bring this to life, we've set up special groups like Pride+, Veterans at HealthEquity, Elevate: Women at HealthEquity, Unidos, and African American and Black Connections (AABC). These groups give our people a voice and spaces where they can connect, learn, and grow together. They're key to making sure our workplace isn’t just diverse, but truly inclusive and welcoming for everyone.
