  • How does this affect me?

    You should not have any immediate changes or disruption to your account(s) or service. You will continue accessing your account, as you do now, through either the Further or HealthEquity websites. We will share additional information about any updates to current products or processes well in advance of any changes.

  • How does this change benefit me?

    Adding Further enables HealthEquity to add partner private-label branding and website technology and product offerings, while giving our partners and clients expanded choices and increased capabilities to ultimately deliver more value to your members and employees.

  • Will products remain the same?

    Yes. HealthEquity will add new products and capabilities. Our product portfolios will remain the same with HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, COBRA, well-being and commuter accounts and more until we are fully integrated. Once Further is fully integrated HealthEquity will also be able to provide VEBA benefits as well as partner private-label branding and portal capabilities, DCAP, AAP and many other programs. We look forward to keeping you informed of any updates along the way.

  • When can I expect a combined website?

    Migration timelines will be determined once we have completed a thorough evaluation of all our platforms and what is required for migration onto or off of those various platforms.
